The last living American WWI vet has passed away
danielthomasgarcia: He was 110. He was the last living connection that out country had to the Great War. I think it’s pretty interesting that we’re alive to witness this. It’s strange to think that we’ve lost that link with that part of history.  Check the news story here.

mo-lasses asked: Hi! Perhaps I'm crazy, or just mistaken...but are we connected in some way? My name is Grace Wintermyer, and I get the feeling that we have mutual friends. As I said, I could be way off target, I'm not very good at deciphering internet stuffs, but even if there is no "real-life" connection, I love everything on your page:)
I hope you have a beautiful day.

onefootout asked: Soo, Comrades should come to Chattanooga (again), cause every time you guys tour with Stillglow it's over our Christmas Break (thumbs down). Also, is your solo project on itunes? I can't find it and I'm vewy sad. :(

Love you, dear Laura :)

Before my time...
I wish that I could show you how much of a hipster I was in 4th grade. Leggings, oversized sweaters that were my mom’s, uber-geek glasses, bangs, Keds, and headbands.
